RESERVATION: Reservations made with flexible rates can be canceled without penalty until 24h before arrival date. Reservations made with non refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified (valid only for the original dates of booking).
REGISTRATION: We require valid contact information from the main guest in the reservation including first and last name, phone number, email, zip code, and signature. The names of all guests occupying the room must be registered. Guests are required to confirm their identity by providing a valid government issued photo ID (State driver’s license, military ID, passport) at check-in. Guests must be 18 years and older. Room keys are issued only to registered guest(s).
PAYMENT: For reservations paid directly at the hotel we will hold upon arrival a deposit for: room, taxes, fees and 30% for estimated incidentals. For reservations with room and taxes prepaid, we require upon arrival an initial deposit of $100. Additional authorizations will be posted to the credit card on file according to the charges posted to the room. The hotel is not liable for the release of any credit card hold or for additional fees associated with the deposit. Should you use a debit card to register, your anticipated expenses for room, taxes, and 30% for estimated incidentals per day will be withheld from your checking account. The hotel will release any remaining hold upon check out, but the actual delay to release the remaining hold will vary depending on your financial institution. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. No gift cards can be accepted to be in file for incidentals. Cash can be used for payment upon departure, but a credit card must be swiped to be on file and hold a deposit during the guest stay.
PETS: Pets are not allowed. We accept service animals.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Maximum room occupancy is 2 for Deluxe and Premier King, and 4 for Deluxe and Premier Double.
SMOKE-FREE: The Hotel is 100% Smoke-Free (all guest rooms). Two designated Outdoors Smoking Areas are provided: at the courtyard between the hotel building and AquaVie Spa + Fitness Club; also by the Fountains on the 3rd floor. We charge a $350 fee in case of violation of the no smoking policy. No smoking of any kind (or vaping) is allowed in the guest rooms, including on the guest room balcony. Illegal narcotics use or any type of dangerous activity is not allowed on property and will result in immediate eviction
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reasons that do not violate Federal or State laws.
VISITORS: After 10:00 P.M. only registered guests are allowed in the rented guest rooms. No visitors are allowed after 10:00 P.M. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors are not allowed at the pool. An AquaVie day pass (including pool access) can be purchased at AquaVie Spa + Fitness Club.
DO-NOT DISTURB AND ACCESS TO ROOMS: Due to Covid-19, maid service is only available upon request. Please call and schedule service between 8 A.M. and 4 P.M. We kindly ask you not to be in the room at the scheduled time for service. Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of “do not disturb” for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, welfare check, housekeeping or engineering maintenance, verify that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Hotel Policies.
FIREARMS AND WEAPONS: Firearms and Weapons are not permitted on hotel property.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY: We enforce a No In-Room Party Policy. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated in our property. We have Quiet Hours after 10:00 P.M. Please respect the other guests. Please contact our Sales Department to inquire regarding venues for parties and social events.
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY: You are financially liable and responsible for any damage caused by you or any other person or invitee in your party (whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay) as a result of any negligent, deliberate or reckless act to the hotel’s room(s), premises or other hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to charge you for the costs to repair or replace damaged or destroyed hotel property.
POOL: We do not allow the following inside the gated pool area: unregistered guests, pets, outside food or beverage, glassware, coolers, radios, smoking, vaping or use of any controlled substances.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE HOTEL POLICY/HOUSE RULES: We reserve the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, or add to these Hotel Policies/Rules or content on our Hotel website at any time without prior notice.
