Do you require a deposit or incidental hold upon check-in?
For reservations paid directly at the hotel, we will hold a deposit upon arrival for the room, taxes, fees, and 30% of estimated incidentals. We require an initial deposit of $100 upon arrival for reservations with room and taxes prepaid. Additional authorizations will be posted to the debit or credit card on file according to the charges posted to the room. The hotel is not liable for releasing any debit or credit card hold or additional fees associated with the deposit. Should you use a debit card to register, your anticipated expenses for room, taxes, and 30% for estimated incidentals per day will be withheld from your checking account. The hotel will release any remaining hold upon checkout, but the actual delay in releasing the remaining hold will vary depending on your financial institution. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major debit or credit card.
Do you accept cash payments?
We accept cash payments upon checkout. A credit card is still required at check-in.
Do you allow pets?
The Westgate Hotel does not allow pets in guest rooms with the exception of Assistance Animals. Our concierge staff is happy to help you locate a suitable boarding facility near the hotel.
Someone else is supposed to pay for my room. How can they do that?
Please call the front desk at 619-238-1818, and one of our guest experience agents will gladly assist you.
Do you have a shuttle to/from the airport?
We do not offer airport transportation, but our Guest Services Department can assist you with setting up your transportation needs. Please contact us at 619-238-1818.
How much does parking cost?
We offer 24-hour valet parking in our secure, covered parking garage for hotel guests and guests of our dining outlets. Fees and restrictions apply. Overnight parking is $52 for hotel guests. *Subject to availability.
Where can I charge my vehicle?
The hotel has limited guest parking spaces that are accessible for electric vehicle charging. We offer Level 2 Chargers, which support most electric vehicles. Please note that Tesla vehicles require a Level 2 adaptor, which the Tesla owner shall provide to use the charging stations. Upon arrival, please inquire with valet parking attendants for assistance.
Where can I get coffee in the morning? Is it complimentary?
Coffee is available for purchase through room service, at our 1st floor Bonne Vie Brasserie, or at our Vie Café adjacent to AquaVie at 222 Broadway. We do not offer complimentary coffee.
Does the spa offer day passes?
Access to our AquaVie Fitness + Wellness Club is included in all hotel reservations. Non-hotel guests can purchase day passes to AquaVie by calling 619-557-3663, emailing info@aquaviewellness.com, or visiting the AquaVie concierge desk.
Do you have a laundry service? How does it work?
The Westgate Hotel offers dry cleaning and laundry services. Please place your garments in the plastic bag provided in your room, along with a laundry request form. The laundry request form shows service options and pricing. Please notify housekeeping for collection. An iron and an ironing board are provided in each guest room.
I need to print something. How do I do that?
We have complimentary 24/7 access to computers and printers in our business center, Bordeaux Room, located in the lobby behind the staircase.
Is there a microwave in the room?
No, guest rooms do not have a microwave, however, our housekeeping team has limited availability upon request at a cost. Please dial ‘0’ from your guest room to request this.
Is there a mini fridge in the room?
Yes, there is a mini fridge in all guest rooms.
Where can I get ice?
There are no ice machines on any of the guest room floors. However, there is one in the lobby, around the corner on the right-hand side of the front desk. For ice delivery, please call room service.
Do you have an ATM?
There is an ATM in the Grand Lobby located around the corner on the right-hand side of the front desk.
Are reservations required for Afternoon Tea?
Yes, reservations are required for Afternoon Tea and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Call the front desk at 619-238-1818 or click here to book online.
Are photoshoots allowed?
