Meet the Chef

At the helm of Bonne Vie is Executive Chef Fabrice Hardel, whose 30+ year international career spans Michelin-starred kitchens across France, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and the United States. A native of Bayeux, France, Chef Hardel trained at the French Culinary Institute, where he developed a foundation in classical technique that continues to inform every dish.
